At The Zero Credit Project, every product is made to order. This helps reduce waste and unnecessary inventory.

Because our products are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Customer-entered shipping address errors

  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or appearance

Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Eligible Returns

We will gladly replace or refund an order if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • There is a manufacturing error

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

After production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
